This Anime Nexus RNG beginner guide covers how the Roblox game works and what to do in your first hour. Anime Nexus RNG mixes unit rolling with tower defense: you roll units at random, place them on the map, upgrade them and survive waves. It is a different game from the older "Anime Nexus", and from other Roblox titles such as Anime RNG Defense. Details were checked on October 30, 2026.
How Anime Nexus RNG works
The loop is simple. You roll for units, and each roll lands somewhere between Common and the new Nexus rarity. You then bring your best units into tower defense modes, place and upgrade them to survive, and use what you earn to roll again. The developer lists raids, the Infinite Tower and large bosses as the main content, and says luck can be boosted with potions and Rebirths.
Servers hold up to 4 players, so most modes are played with a small group. The developer has not published roll odds, so how likely any single roll is to be rare is unknown. For a sense of how common each tier is, see the Anime Nexus RNG rarities page, which uses badge counts.
Anime Nexus RNG beginner guide: your first hour
- Roll. Your first roll earns the First Roll badge, which about 84% of players have. Keep rolling; 100 rolls is a badge that around 48% have reached.
- Place units. Put your strongest units into the tower defense modes and upgrade them as you go. Stronger rarities usually matter more, but the developer has not published unit stats, and no readable unit tier list exists yet.
- Evolve. Evolving a unit for the first time awards the First Evolution badge, owned by about 78% of players, so it is an early step. The exact requirements are not published by the developer.
- Rebirth. The game description says Rebirths raise your luck. It gives no numbers, so check in game what a Rebirth costs before you commit.
Raise your luck early
Luck decides how often a roll lands high, so it is the stat to build first. Potions and Rebirths are the official free route. Roblox also sells three luck gamepasses; the Anime Nexus RNG luck guide compares them, and the Anime Nexus RNG gamepasses page lists every pass with its Robux price. Free Anime Nexus RNG codes are the cheapest boost, so redeem them before you spend anything.
Modes to try next
- Infinite Tower. Survive as many waves as you can. It is the standing endless mode.
- Raids. Boss fights listed in the game description. Rewards are not published.
- Haunted Tower. A Halloween tower with endless floors and Shinjo at floor 40. See the Anime Nexus RNG Haunted Tower page.
- Pumpkin Portals. A roguelike mode for up to 4 players, covered in Anime Nexus RNG Pumpkin Portals.
Halloween events run until November 13, 2026. The Anime Nexus RNG Halloween update page lists everything in that update, and the Anime Nexus RNG Nexus rarity page explains how to chase Kurumy.
Codes and passes worth it
Start with codes, then think about passes. This Anime Nexus RNG beginner guide treats spending as optional. The cheapest passes are Extra Unit Storage at 40 Robux, and Fast Roll, 2x Game Speed and x2 Drop at 99 Robux each. If you only buy one thing for rolling, the luck passes are the direct route to better units. Nothing here is required: the game is playable free, and badge data shows most players reach Mythic without paying anything we can see. For the full list of badges to work toward, open the Anime Nexus RNG badges page, and follow the Anime Nexus RNG updates log for new content. The Anime Nexus RNG wiki home page links everything else.
Anime Nexus RNG Beginner Guide FAQ
Is Anime Nexus RNG the same as Anime Nexus?
No. Anime Nexus RNG is a separate Roblox game from the group An Sample anime Game, created on September 19, 2026. The older Anime Nexus is a different game.
How do I get better units?
For any Anime Nexus RNG beginner guide question about units, the answer is the same: roll more, and raise your luck with potions, Rebirths, codes or the luck gamepasses. Higher rarities come from rolling, and the developer has not published exact odds, so there is no guaranteed method.
Should I buy a luck gamepass?
It is optional. The Lucky pass costs 99 Robux for x1.5 luck, Super Lucky 149 for x2 and MEGA LUCKY 199 for x3. Players with no Robux can still progress through codes, potions and Rebirths.
How many players can play together?
Servers allow up to 4 players, and the Pumpkin Portals mode is built for co-op with up to 4.
